How clean and safe is the studio?
We prioritize the health of our staff and our participants which is why we follow the recommended guidelines from the Center of Disease Control, such as practicing social distancing of at least 6 feet apart (which our stations are by design) and sanitizing all equipment and space after each class.
Are there restrictions?
Equipment and manufacturing regulations enforce us to have a weight limit. Participants must weigh at least 90lbs and not exceed 240lbs. If you are pregnant you won’t be able to participate just yet. All participants must be at least 13, 13-15 years of age require a parent to take the class with them. 17 and under require a waiver that must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
What are class policies?
Participants should arrive at the class listed time. We will weigh you which is necessary to fit you for your harness and bungees and then begin the hook up process. The first 15 minutes to do so are built into the class and dedicated to set up and safety procedures. The door is locked while classes are in session for safety of staff and participants. You will not be able to enter after the first 15 minutes of your scheduled class time (5:15 for a 5:00 scheduled class etc.). If you have been with us prior we will have you set up and ready to GoBungee.
We ask that you do not try new skills without direction.
Please do NOT hang from the bungees as it is wearing on them.
What should I wear?
Wear a fitted full shirt because you may be upside down at times and the harness is around you mid section. You can wear leggings, sweats or bike shorts. Bring water and be prepared to sweat.
How do I register for a class?
Class registration is done on the MindBody app hit “JUMP IN” from our home page. You must register for class or on the app to attend, we do not offer walk in spots. Cancellations are also done on the MindBody app. If you cancel less than 2 hours before your class time you will not be credited or refunded. We understand things happen that are out of our control. If there is an emergency please contact our studio as soon as you are able to.

What does "waitlist" mean?
If a class says “waitlist” next to it, that means the class is currently full. If you select waitlist, mindbody will charge you. If someone drops the class during the day, you will be added to the class. If you are not added, you will receive a pass back to use for another class. You are not guaranteed to make it in the class if you add yourself to the waitlist, but there is a good chance. This is why email/text opt in is very important when registering, because you will receive a text/email to let you know that you’ve made it in the class. If you do not opt in, it will be up to you to pay attention to the class you’re waitlisted for to see if you’ve been bumped in.

Purchasing Policy
Bundle/Membership pricing options for GoBungee Fitness belongs to you. We are NOT able to split them between friends, family etc. NO EXCEPTIONS. (This Includes the New Client Special 2 classes for $40)

Where can I park?
There are several locations where our members may park when arriving to class. We offer a small front lot, a back parking lot with a rear entrance, as well as sufficient street parking.
